With the onset of the pandemic, many of us have become more aware of global interconnectedness. One year on, it is clear how the unequal distribution of vaccines reflects global injustice. Shalini has kindly agreed to share with us how the vaccination campaign in India is going, how it has changed with the second wave and what lessons have been learnt.

We use YouTube as a video platform, because YouTube offers subtitles easily. Translations are also available in other languages. Simply click on the subtitles button or press the c key (see picture below 1). Clicking on settings, other languages can be selected (see picture below 2). We want to make the videos usable for as many people as possible - even though we are aware that the translation is not always perfect.
